jpok Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jpok platform and all services under it. jpok is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to any user of the site, whether or not they are a registered member.

By using the jpok website or any related services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

To open an account and use services on jpok, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must have a valid and active personal bank account or mobile banking account.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of someone else.

If a minor registers on jpok or uses its services, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

To join jpok you must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

• Each person may create only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, jpok may request identity documents or other paperwork from a user at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

jpok supports transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile banking and financial services.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• For deposits, use only a payment account registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 1 hour.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• jpok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no currency conversion facility.

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on jpok. These offers apply subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus can be claimed only once.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus offers are time-limited and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.
• jpok reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

The jpok platform offers various online games and sports betting. It is your responsibility to read the individual rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The result of a game or bet is final and cannot be changed.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error or disconnection, jpok will make a decision at its own discretion.
• Fraudulent activity or the use of software to cheat in any game is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change; the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

jpok reserves the right to reject or limit any bet, particularly where an unusual betting pattern is detected.

jpok runs a four-tier VIP program for its regular players. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a player's activity and contribution. jpok reserves the right to change or discontinue the VIP program terms at any time.

Cashback is generally paid at a set time each week. Specific wagering requirements may apply to cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jpok platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to play games.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other players or jpok staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

If any of the above activities are detected, jpok may suspend or permanently cancel the account without prior notice and forfeit all balances.

jpok makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, jpok will bear no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Failure of third-party services (payment providers, game providers, etc.).
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
• Loss caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Service disruption due to external circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

You agree to indemnify jpok, its staff, partners, and technology providers against any third-party claims, damages, or legal proceedings.

• Required documents may be collected for identity verification purposes.
